Divers must be at least 10 years of age. Divers under 18 must have an adult present to sign a liability waiver at the dive shop in order to participate. The lesson is only done in English and each participant must have basic English language skills to speak and understand in English for safety reasons.
Health restrictions apply and a liability waiver and a medical statement are required to be filled out by all participants. If you are taking medication, consult your doctor before participating in this program. A medical release would be required for most medications. Some of the common medical conditions include: high blood pressure, heart conditions, a current cold or sinus congestion, epilepsy, asthma, diabetes, or a severe medical problem. If you answer "YES" to any questions on the questionnaire, you will need a signed physician's unconditional release before diving. If you answered "yes" and don't have a physician's signed release, you will not be permitted to dive and will not be entitled to a refund, so please look at the questionnaire BEFORE booking this tour. If you have questions about your medical condition, consult your doctor and ask for an unconditional written release. A verbal release will not be accepted.
The dive shop reserves the right to refuse service to divers appearing to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, with certain medical conditions, or due to other circumstances or actions that are deemed unsafe by the dive shop.
